Pregnancy is a time of wonderment, happiness, growth and preparation. These classes will provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to labor, give birth and nourish the new gift of life you are now anticipating. Classes are tailored to your birthing wishes with evidence-based information presented in a light and humorous way to assist you in that decision. You will receive a workbook and handouts with study methods to include visual, print, and role playing. Important goals of these classes are to instill confidence in the birthing process along with removing fears and reinforcing the belief in the mother's ability to give birth.
