Birth doulas are available 24/7 by phone and email to answer any questions or concerns that you may have regarding the upcoming birth of your child. Prenatal visits with your doula will help you determine the kind of birth experience you want to have. Once you and your doula determine that you are in labor, early support can begin at your home or hospital and will continue through active labor and birth. The support provided during labor includes, but is not limited to: using a birth ball, practicing relaxation and meditation techniques, trying hydrotherapy and different positions in order to help you cope with all labor has to offer. Several postpartum visits are included to help you adjust in the first week of your newborn's life. A complete list of birth doula services offered will give you a fuller sense of how we can help you have a calm and peaceful birth experience.
